I finished Ella Enchanted in 2 hours. I was so taken with Ella and her curse, and what would happen next. I wish the movie was a little more like the book. Your books are beautiful.

I also was wondering if you have tips about writing. I have trouble with the first chapter, and going into the second chapter. If you don't have time, I understand completely. Especially if you are writing another book

I've been a fan of your books ever since I first listened to Ella Enchanted on tape. I'm an aspiring writer myself and I'm working towards my associates degree. I've decided to do my graduation research paper on fairy tales and their effect on children and adults. I've learned so much about the history of fairy tales! I was floored to discover that the first recorded version of Rapunzel was actually Petrosinella, Parsley!!!! I suspect that you already know this, I've always liked being able to tell which parts of your stories were inspired by which tales and learning more about the first fairy tales only deepens my appreciation for your stories.
