Hi Gail, thanks for taking time to answer my question. I was tickled when I saw it . I didn't buy the book though. I got it from the library FINALLY . I stayed up till midnight last night trying to finish the book and I must say it was THE BEST BOOK I HAVE EVER READ, and i have read alot of good books. I'm really self conscious and this book helped alot. Omigosh, I just luvvv romance stories. Well thanks alot for responding to me.

Hello there, my names Riot (weird parents? No. It's a nickname.) My dream is to become an author, and any author ever is an insperation to my young mind. But I must say your new book Writing Magic was very interesting. Although we both write high fantasy, they are very different subjects, yours being more of a romantic thing (from what ive read) and mine being [classified]. I agree with most everything you say, except that I believe a MC can be a villian, or a very conflicted character, such as my character Myth (Navitus Mythos Vaux Portare Sparks II). He is the main character in a novel that I plan on publishing by 2013. His alliance is undecided, and he frequently is pulled to the "dark side" (complicated past, and yes I torture him). I was wondering if (refference to character weaknesses) that could be concidered the heros weakness.

I have been a cop for over 11 year, but I am studying to become a teacher. I am taking a Teaching Children's Literature course this semester. One of the projects is an author study. I chose you. I had never read any of your books, but I recognized Ella Enchanted from watching the movie. I have now researched you and am reading some of your books. I love your twists on the fairy taies. I appreciate your passion for teaching and passing on your knowledge. Any information you could send me would be greatly appreciated.
